This 5-week Moon Sequence course is designed especially for women who feel overwhelmed by work, daily responsibilities, and the constant pace of modern life. Through a carefully structured yoga sequence, you will learn a powerful practice that helps restore balance, calm the nervous system, and reconnect with your body.

Step by step, you will learn one complete Yoga Sequence — a grounding yoga practice you can return to anytime you need to slow down, release tension, and reset your energy. The sequence supports strength, stability, and mindful breathing while creating space for rest, clarity, and inner balance.

This course is suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners who are looking for a supportive and sustainable yoga practice.
