Create Your Space

A supportive environment helps both giver and receiver settle into the experience.

  • Choose a warm, quiet, cozy room where you won’t be disturbed.

  • Prepare a soft blanket or futon on the floor.

  • Add cushions to support knees, head, or ankles as needed.

  • Adjust the lighting — soft, warm light or candles work beautifully.

  • Optional but helpful: calming music, a glass of water nearby, comfortable temperature.

  • Wear loose, natural, easy-to-move-in clothing. No oils or lotions needed.
