Lunar Flow – Grounding After the Full Moon
This Friday’s Full Moon may bring heightened emotions, sensitivity, catharsis, or inner revelations.
To integrate and balance that energy, I invite you this Saturday morning into a beautiful grounding practice.
One of the most loved sequences for vinyasa lovers who need softness without losing depth.
It's all about finding balance, enhancing mindfulness, and experiencing the therapeutic benefits of this flow.

This Satvic sequence, a gentle, flowing practice combines yin yoga with vinyasa, offering balance between active and passive postures. Chandra Krama helps cultivate awareness, letting go, and harmonizing yin and yang energies, while promoting a therapeutic and individualized approach. Perfect as a supportive practice alongside more dynamic sequences, this sequence encourages a calm, meditative state while practicing at 70% capacity for a balanced and sattvic experience.
WHY MOON SEQUENCE?
The Moon Sequence is a gentle flowing vinyasa form accessible for all levels.
Although this sequence was originally intended for practice on the full moon, the new moon and during the menstrual cycle, it is appropriate at any time for women or men.
This sequence emphasizes the hips, groin, lower spine and abdominals, which will feel awake and alive after moving through the postures.
It takes pressure off the neck, shoulders and wrists (common from the standard jumps in the dynamic Vinyasa Classes ) and is useful as a regular alternative to the intense heat of the traditional Ashtanga or dynamic Vinyasa Yoga.
Whether old or young, this sequence is great for any age.
