Dear Danka,

I want to thank you for yesterday’s class. The yogic kriyas and the self-love tantric meditation were such a beautiful and valuable experience.

It felt incredibly good to let go of the stress of the day and fully immerse myself in the practice. I have already experienced before how powerful breathing exercises can be and yesterday was another reminder of that. During the class I felt deeply relaxed, and after the meditation I was able to let go even more and enter an even deeper state of relaxation.

The evening was very calm at first. However, later at night I felt some tension arising. I slept rather restlessly, had many vivid dreams, and felt as if I couldn’t fully let go of some imagined worries and thoughts running through my mind. I tried returning to the breath and meditating again, and eventually I was able to fall asleep.

What I find particularly interesting is that it felt as though the breathwork and kriyas brought something to the surface that had been hidden deep inside—something that is usually barely noticeable in everyday life. Despite the restless night, I woke up this morning feeling surprisingly calm, grounded, and productive.

I also found the Lion’s Breath fascinating. I experienced an unusual warmth spreading throughout my whole body, which was then followed by a deep feeling of relaxation.

Another thing I really appreciated was the structure of the class. I loved that you first explained everything and then guided us through the practice. It helped me feel present and fully engaged in the experience.

Thank you for this wonderful and insightful experience, for the wisdom you share, and for your beautiful energy, which can be felt even through the screen. Yesterday’s class was truly special, and I am still observing how it continues to affect me.

I’m already looking forward to the next class!

 With gratitude and love,

Irina “

What is this journey about

I will introduce you and guide you through a rich blend of ancient practices — Kuan Yin Qi Gong, yoga kriyas, pranayama, ampuku massage, mindfulness meditation and more. Each session is recorded so you can return to the practice anytime.

This course is suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners looking for a supportive, sustainable practice rooted in ancient wisdom.

This practice helps you:

  • Ground your energy after busy days

  • Come back into your body

  • Restore strength and vitality through gentle, flowing movement

  • Release deep tension in the hips, pelvis, and Unblock energy pathways — meridians connected to your reproductive organs.

  • Calm and regulate your hormonal and nervous system

  • Support your body's natural ability to heal and balance

A woman with short dark hair is sitting on a large rock by a river, wearing a beige draped cloth and looking thoughtfully into the distance, with lush trees and palm trees in the background.

Kuan Yin Qigong

Gentle yet profound exercises for the whole body that cultivate grounding, centring, vitality and a smoother flow of Qi.

We will work with the whole body, including the pelvis and hips, and explore women-specific practices traditionally used to nourish feminine vitality and support hormonal balance.

We will also introduce movements from the Eight Brocades and other Qigong practices for whole-body energy and circulation.

Chi Self-Massage

Simple self-massage practices to awaken and nourish the body, reconnect with your own touch and come back into your physical presence.

A way to reconnect with your body as your spirit temple — and cultivate vitality and radiance from within.

Yogic Kriyas & Breath

We will explore selected yogic kriyas, pranayama and breathing practices to clear stagnant energy, support digestion and vitality, stimulate the vagus nerve and help regulate the nervous system, leaving you feeling more energised and clear, yet at the same time deeply calm and centred.

Simple yet so powerful tools you can gradually learn to use independently. Easy enough to become part of daily life, but profound enough to truly change how we feel.

Meditation & Heart Connection

Simple meditation and awareness practices to quiet the mind, reconnect with the heart and deepen the relationship with your own body and inner experience.

Why I created this course

I have been teaching yoga and working therapeutically with the body for 20 years.

After many years within strong physical yoga traditions, I began to understand that a woman’s practice does not need to look the same every day or at every stage of life.

About nine years ago, I started adapting my own practice more deeply to my cycle, energy and changing needs.

This became especially important as I entered my own hormonal transition.

Alongside my long-term yoga and Shiatsu background, I continued studying women’s health through Dr Wendy Sweet’s hormonal-transition coaching, Alchemy of Menopause with Cathy Skipper, and most recently Kuan Yin Qigong Teacher Training with Anamarta in Portugal.

Qigong actually brought me back to something familiar — I had already practised it years ago during my Shiatsu studies.

Today I no longer believe that one system needs to give us everything.

Sometimes we need yoga.
Sometimes Qigong.
Sometimes breath, kriya, self-Shiatsu or simply stillness.

This course brings these worlds together into a practical and nourishing practice for women. This is an adjustable and open practice — accessible, intelligent, and adaptable to every body.

Come as you are ♡

No previous Qigong or yoga experience is necessary.

You do not need to be flexible and you do not need to be in menopause.

This course is for women of different ages and stages of life who want to feel more connected, grounded and alive in their bodies.
