I will introduce you and guide you through a rich blend of ancient practices — Qi Gong, yoga kriyas, pranayama, ampuku massage, mindfulness meditation and more. Each session is recorded so you can return to the practice anytime.

Born From My Own Experience:

Let me tell you a little about my story — because this is where it all began.

My name is Danka. I have been a holistic practitioner, senior yoga teacher, and Shiatsu therapist for almost 20 years.

A few years ago I entered perimenopause — and like so many women, I was emotionally overwhelmed, exhausted, and searching for answers.

When mainstream advice, supplements, and even herbs stopped helping, I returned to the ancient practices I had been studying for two decades.

Specific breathwork, yoga kriyas, self-Shiatsu, and Qi Gong helped me regulate my nervous system, restore my energy, and navigate my symptoms with more ease and grace.

That wasn't enough for me. I wanted to understand more deeply — for myself and for the women I work with. So I completed an accredited coaching programme in women's hormonal health, certified by health boards in New Zealand, Australia, the UK, and the US.

I studied nutrition, the female hormonal cycle, and the stages of perimenopause and menopause — things our mothers and grandmothers rarely spoke about openly. I also trained in the Alchemy of Menopause, exploring what these transitions mean on a psychological and spiritual level.

Why This Matters:

these changes are not a disease. They are a natural passage. And the most powerful thing we can do is calm our nervous system, learn to listen to our bodies, and move through this time with agency, softness, and trust.

This course is the essence of everything I have learned — distilled into practices that work, offered with love.

Each session builds progressively. You don’t need prior experience.
