Bringing the Wise Woman Back to Society.

Why this conversation matters!

We are living in a world shaped for linear progress, endless productivity, competition, and power — a world built around masculine biology and cycles. In this system, women are expected to function the same every single day… but we are not linear beings.
We move in spirals, seasons, hormonal cycles — we are connected to the rhythms of Earth herself.

When we suppress this nature, we suppress our intuition, creativity, compassion, peace-keeping power — the very qualities that the world needs most.
And the result? Women are exhausted, disconnected, confused about their identity, and often ashamed of perfectly normal transitions.

Especially the transition of perimenopause — a time society has made us fear.

But in truth?
Perimenopause is not the end of anything.
It is the rite of passage into the Wise Woman — the one who leads with depth, softness, clarity, and courage. The one every community once honored as healer, guide, and spiritual leader.

This wisdom is ready to return.
And it returns through us.

My story — from being lost to remembering

When perimenopause arrived for me, it came like a storm:
anxiety, sleepless nights, hot flashes, mood swings, brain fog, emotional waves… and a deep internal questioning:
Who am I now? Where did I go?

I tried the mainstream approach first — supplements, coaching programs approved by international health boards, the clinical explanations:
Just “manage the symptoms”, take supplements, push through it.

But that wasn’t enough.
Something deeper was calling.

So I began a long search…

I studied women’s hormonal coaching — supported by health boards in NZ, UK, Australia & USA.

I worked with psychotherapists and teachers who brought me into the deeper wisdom:
our mother lines, nature cycles, archetypes, the subconscious feminine.

Still, something felt missing.

Then I returned to the ancient systems that always guided me:
Yoga. Shiatsu. Qigong.

There I found the tools that changed everything:

• Yoga kriyas for hormonal balance & emotional release
• Empowering Qigong to restore energy & vitality
• Shiatsu self-treatments to support glands, organs & cycles
• Nervous system regulation through breath & touch

Slowly… I found my power again.
Clarity returned. My fire returned. I returned. And slowly, I came home to myself again.
Not who I used to be — but someone wiser, clearer, more empowering in my feminine self.

This is when I realized:
This knowledge is missing in the world. And women are suffering because of it.

So now, from India, from Mysore — a place always so transformative for me — I am developing a project to support women in this sacred transition:

Women Empowering Hormonal Transition
Bringing to the world a videos, teachings, tools — made from lived experience + professional knowledge + ancient wisdom.

My mission — and an invitation

We must restore the rightful place of women who cross this threshold:
The Wise Woman.
The Elemental Leader.
The Gentle Warrior.

Men also need this shift — because in patriarchy, they lose connection to their healthy masculine too.
This isn’t about women against men.
It’s about remembering how we complete each other.

So, my wish is:

  • Women — may we learn our cycles, honor our nature, reclaim our voice, our softness, our strength.

  • Men — may you learn about our rhythms, so you can support us with understanding and respect.

  • Together — may we transform this world not through force, but through conscious love, truth, and clarity.

This is a journey we walk side by side.
And I am here, walking it with you — online, in person, and in community.

May 2026 be a year where more Wise Women rise…
and society remembers how deeply we are needed.
For we lead with compassion, deep understanding, and a fire that knows truth.
We hold softness and strength together — and we stand for justice with love.

So here I am — on the last day of this transformative year —
not watching the fireworks in the sky,
but lighting the flame within.
A fire of purpose.
Of remembrance.
Of returning to who we truly are.

May these words be a small door opening…
a spark of awareness…
a beginning.

From my heart in Mysuru to yours —
May you rise gently but powerfully into the New Year.
May you know your worth.
May you trust your rhythm.
May you shine as the Wise Woman/ Man you are becoming.

Namaste /\
